ITEM # 1              Approval of minutes from meeting of October 18, 2017.

ITEM # 2              24 – 26 COURT STREET:

Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace existing  metal storm windows with  “Harvey” triple track storms, (similar to those installed at 19 Court Street) in similar color as existing.

ITEM # 3              66 CHURCH STREET:

Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the existing wooden gutter along the front (Church Street side) of the residence with new wood gutter in similar profile and configuration as existing, re-painted to match .

ITEM # 4              59 COURT STREET:

Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness, to remove and to rehabilitate the two original windows in the Tavern Room of the old Gay Tavern, and re-install windows, re-painted to match existing. Remove, re-caulk and  re-install existing exterior storm window. 

ITEM # 5              OLD BUSINESS / NEW BUSINESS:

At the September 27, 2017 meeting the Commission voted to permanently chance the monthly meet date from the third to the fourth Wednesday of the month. (Excluding the months of October, November,  and also December, 2017)
