The Dedham Human Resources Department hub for information related to employment with the Town of Dedham. The Human Resources Team serves both the public and Town employees through outreach and recruitment; hiring and retaining of employees; and the planning and administering of personnel programs, wellness initiatives and professional development programs along with benefits, including healthcare insurance.
