ITEM # 1               Approval of minutes from meeting of January 24, 2018.

ITEM # 2               914 HIGH STREET:

Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace existing roofing with new asphalt shingles , (see spec sheet).

Replace existing siding with new cedar clapboards in style and exposure to match the existing.         

ITEM # 3               74 CHURCH STREET:

Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness  to replace 33 of the existing windows with new “Pella” ‘Architect’s Series Traditional primed wood windows per the elevation drawings # E4 and E5 from Patrick Ahern, Architect.

ITEM # 4               251 HIGHLAND STREET:

Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install new “Marvin” Wood Ultimate  double hung windows in existing  openings at the second floor facing Highland Street.

Removal of  the existing chimney on the back slope of the roof.

Installation of new similar wooden windows to replace existing windows  at the South and North gable end elevations on the first and second floors, and the two first floor windows on the East elevation facing Highland Street.

ITEM # 5               21 CHURCH STREET:

Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to repair the existing gutter return at roof eave on the street façade of the house with new wood gutter to match existing.

Add additional wood picket fencing to match existing at the street edge, at the open gap between the shed and the house corner. (see photo).

ITEM # 6               OLD VILLAGE CEMETERY:

Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a bronze  plaque on the granite post (location TBD) at the cemetery entrance. (See attached for plaque illustration)
