Interested in getting involved in Dedham’s civic organizations and town committees? This is a great way to learn about opportunities and meet your neighbors.

• Panel discussion with current and past board members

• Meet neighbors and representatives of Dedham’s civic organizations 

• Increase your understanding of how Dedham’s government works

At this event, various types of board and committee positions, including those with current openings, will be discussed. Residents will have the opportunity to ask questions of a panel of current and past board members. Town Moderator Dan Driscoll will explain how to apply for a position on an appointed board.

Free and open to the public.

Following the meeting, there will be informal networking and refreshments — a good opportunity to meet other Dedham residents or speak one-on-one with those serving on appointed boards or committees.
