In this free event, we'll help you understand:
* the role of Town Meeting and other boards and committees in Dedham
* issues Town Meeting will discuss this Fall
* how to work with our local government about the issues you care about
* the basics of the election process
Refreshments will be served. The last half hour will be reserved for networking so you can meet neighbors and talk to representatives who are serving on Town Meeting and in other elected positions.
This event is free and open to the public! Please reserve a seat to help us plan appropriately.
