                                Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the Re-roofing of the auxiliary barn structure with new asphalt shingles.

ITEM # 3                62 OLD RIVER PLACE:

Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to re-paint the dwelling in new paint color scheme per attached schedule.

ITEM # 4                4 FRANKLIN SQUARE:

Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace partial deteriorated gutters and adjacent clapboard siding. New gutters to be fiberglass.

Item # 5                 43 SCHOOL STREET:

                                Commission ratification of previous approval given for existing fence and stone base replacement.
