STORMWATER UTILITY FEE

SEWER USER RATE 

In accordance with Section 229-4 (c) of the Town of Dedham Bylaws, a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. Said hearing will be held at Dedham Town Hall, 450 Washington Street, Room 305. The purpose of this hearing will be to present and set the proposed tiered fee structure for the Stormwater Utility Fee and to review and set the proposed sewer rates, to go into effect in FY24.

Section 229-4 (c) states, Sewer system administrative fees, application fees, and mitigation fees, suitable for processing and inspecting sewer projects, and removing I/I from the collection system, shall be set and may be amended from time to time after a public hearing, held in accordance with applicable law, by the Town Manager.

Information related to this proposal shall be posted and available in the offices of the Town Manager and Town Clerk.
