ITEM # 1                Approval of minutes from the meeting of March 21, 2023

ITEM # 2                27  DEXTER STREET:

                                Replacement of the five double-hung windows on the East facing elevation (Façade facing High Street) of the Old Dexter School. With new ‘Andersen’ “Woodwright “double hung 6/6 double glazed windows.

                                Existing windows are single paned wood windows with exterior aluminum storm windows installed in the late ‘60’s when the school was converted to a residence.

ITEM # 3                960 HIGH STREET:

                                In kind repair to selected areas of the front and side wall of the dwelling.  New cedar clapboarding to re-painted to match the existing.

ITEM # 4                Commission re-appointments for the upcoming 1, 2, and 3 year terms.
