The following parking limits (as voted by the Select Board) are in effect as of July 18, 2022:
- 4-hour parking will be available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays along Court Street and High Street west of Ames Street
- Parking time limits will no longer be enforced on Saturdays in this area only, which includes 47 spaces.
- 2-hour parking will be available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays for all spaces east of Ames Street, which includes 108 spaces along High and Washington Streets and Eastern Avenue

Beginning July 18, 2022, the following parking limits will be in effect:
Court Street & High Street (West of Ames Street)
4-hour parking will be available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays along Court Street and High Street west of Ames Street.

Washington Street & High Street (East of Ames Street)
2-hour parking will be available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays for all spaces east of Ames Street, which includes 108 spaces along High and Washington Streets and Eastern Avenue.

Dedham Square has three municipal lots with free, daytime public parking:
- Keystone Lot3, 10 Eastern Avenue: 138 spaces
- Lower Gonzalez Lot3, 351 East Street: 46 spaces
- Upper Gonzalez Lot, 420 Providence Highway: 27 spaces
3As outlined on this page above, overnight parking is restricted to residents with permits in the Keystone Lot and Lower Gonzalez Lot.

Parking is generally permitted along streets and in municipal lots unless restricted or prohibited by posted signs. Please pay attention to posted restrictions and regulations for the times and days parking is allowed, as well as any associated time limits and fees.

Parking Enforcement Officer
The Parking Enforcement Officer, as part of the Dedham Police Department, enforces parking regulations and issuing tickets. The primary mission of the Parking Enforcement Officer is to respond to questions about parking, violations, outline the appeal process, and work to discourage and prevent illegal parking through the collection of parking fines.

Parking Hearing Officer
The Parking Hearing Officer provides oversight and guidance to the Parking Enforcement Officer and conducts monthly hearings.
Parking appeals will be heard by the Parking Hearing Officer once a month at Town Hall. Requests for a hearing should be done in writing by emailing parking@dedham-ma.gov or appeals may be mailed to:
