ITEM # 2 978 HIGH STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace existing composition roofing on the southern one-story enclosed porch with new rubber roofing.
ITEM # 3 16 SCHOOL STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the roofing on the commercial portion of the residence with new asphalt shingles, (‘Certainteed’ “Weathered wood”) in color to match the existing roof on the residential portion.
ITEM # 4 62 OLD RIVER PLACE:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness, to construct a 24’-0” x 37’-0’ addition at the rear face of the house per plot plan dated Aug. 26, 2017 and plans and elevations revised, and dated 9/2017 prepared by Christopher M. Kirby, PE.
ITEM # 5 4 FRANKLIN SQUARE
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness, to replace the deteriorated wood fencing enclosing the pool along the street side of the residence,(from the sun-room to the property line), with a 4’-0” high brick wall with iron gate, as shown on the drawing dated October 11, 2017 by Benay Ames, Mason.
Gate design and detail to be submitted at a later date.
ITEM # 6 OLD BUSINESS / NEW BUSINESS:
At the September 27, 2017 meeting the Commission voted to permanently chance the monthly meet date from the third to the fourth Wednesday of the month. (Excluding the months of October and November, 2017)
