AGENDA:
ITEM #1: Approval of minutes from meeting of January 18, 2017.
ITEM #2: 838 HIGH STREET: Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to alter the proposed design of proposed new entry porch, to include a roof mounted skylight as shown on the attached rendering.
ITEM #3: 624 HIGH STREET: (Odd Fellows Building): Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to prepare exterior wooden storefront and entry door and re-painting ( Benjamin Moore HC # 2134-30 “Iron Mountain”)
ITEM #4: 58 SCHOOL STREET: Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the miscellaneous on-going construction issues, including:
- Installation of wall mounted heat pumps
- Screening at exterior heat pumps
- Window replacement specification
ITEM #5: 31 COURT STREET: Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install new garage doors, in kind of similar design and materials.
