AGENDA:
ITEM # 1 Approval of minutes from meeting of April 25, 2018.
ITEM # 2 108 HIGHLAND STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to make repairs to existing screen porch addition including: Jacking of structure; replacement of existing wood flooring with new mahogany planking; re-install screening; replaced trim as required with ‘Azak’ to match existing; install new screen door; and re-paint in similar color to match.
ITEM # 3 108 HIGHLAND STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Non-applicability to install a replacement patio door at the rear of the house, not visible from a public way, with new ‘Andersen’ 400 Series wooden patio door. Replacement of trim surround, and re-painting to match existing.
ITEM # 4 870 HIGH STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace existing soffit fascia board and metal gutters with new fabric, (‘Azak’) at perimeter of the house.
Ratification of above work which was previously completed.
ITEM # 5 OLD BUSINESS / NEW BUSINESS:
Report on upcoming neighborhood meeting on the proposed development of the property at 219 Lowder Street (Thursday May 24, 2018)
Report on progress after meeting with MHC for the study of the Mother Brook canal.
