PROPOSED MEETING –PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 7:00 PM at Dedham Town Hall, 26 Bryant Street, in the Town Manager’s Office Conference Area on the main floor
POSTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROVISIONS OF M.G.L. CHAPTER 30A SECTION 20 AS AMENDED
AGENDA:
ITEM # 1 Approval of minutes from meeting of May 23, 2018.
ITEM # 2 181 HIGHLAND STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to re-paint the existing house and detached barn in similar existing colors.
ITEM # 3 74 CHURCH STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install an 8’-0” high wood tounge and groove board fence along the west property line adjacent to the Church Nursury school.
Fence to be stained dark green. Approval for fence height was approved by the Board of Appeals at meeting of June 20, 2018.
ITEM # 4 31 COURT STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct an adddition to the existing garage at the rear of the structure. Garage is not visible from Court Street but may be seen from Bates Court, (a private way).
