AGENDA:
ITEM # 1 Approval of minutes from meeting of June 27 2018.
ITEM # 2 942 HIGH STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to re-roof the existing barn roof, with new asphalt shingles to match those on the existing, adjacent house roof.
ITEM # 3 58 SCHOOL STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to remove the existing wall mounted air conditioning condensing units hanging on the exterior side of the building, and re-locate to the rear of the house, not visible from a public way. Existing lattice enclosure to be removed and the wall patched.
ITEM # 4 671 HIGH STREET: (Dedham Community Association)
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to repair and replace a portion of the roof gutter, also miscellaneous carpentry repair to the decorative wood panel on the face of the building. All repairs to be replaced in kind with similar design and material. Finish painting to match existing. (See attached photographs)
ITEM # 5 31 COURT STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct an adddition to the existing garage at the rear of the structure. Garage is not visible from Court Street but may be seen from Bates Court, (a private way).
