ITEM # 1 Approval of minutes from meeting of September 26 2018.

ITEM # 2 914 HIGH STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the finish paint colors for the house body, trim and shutters
Also for a proposed two car garage shelter at the rear of the house with access from Village Avenue.

ITEM # 3 51 COURT STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to make miscellaneous modifications to the previously approved window on the face of the adjacent barn


ITEM # 4 39 COURT STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a low fence in the backyard at the end of the driveway.

ITEM # 5 671 HIGH STREET (Dedham Community House)
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for replacement of deteriorated wooden gutters on the two lower side porch extensions, and the front porch, with seamless aluminum gutters to match the existing on the remainder of the building.
