ITEM # 1 Approval of minutes from meeting of February 27, 2019

ITEM # 2 14-16-18 CHURCH STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to renovate the property as follows:
1) Remove existing entry door on north face and replace with new wood window to match existing window configuration.
2) Demolish rear El of house and reconstruct new addition per the plans and elevations dated 2/13/19 prepared by T Design, LLC, Milton , MA (see attached).
3) Replace existing storm windows at 14-16 Church with new units painted to match window frames. Install all new storm windows at # 18.
4) Remove existing stainless steel external boiler flue.
5) Repaint all exteriors at 14-16-18 Church in similar house body and rim color.

ITEM # 3 59 COURT STREET: (St. Paul’s Episcopal Church)
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to re-paint the tower louvers and four upper windows at the steeple, per the attached scope of work from American Steeple & Tower Co. Inc. (attached)

ITEM # 4 34 SCHOOL STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace deteriorated second floor wood gutter with fiberglass replacement in similar profile, size and configuration.

ITEM # 5 120 COURT STREET:
Ratification of decision made by Commission at the February 27, 2019 meeting regarding the replacement of the gutter at the façade roof.

ITEM # 6 OLD BUSINESS / NEW BUSINESS:
Any additional business.
