ITEM # 1 Approval of minutes from meeting of April 24, 2019
ITEM # 2 670 HIGH STREET: (First Church in Dedham)
1) Meeting House: An Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to complete Phase II of miscellaneous carpentry repairs to the building fabric. (See Agenda Item # 3 (August 23, 2017) and C.of A. # 220 dated August 24 ,2017 for prior approval of Phase # I work). See attached scope of work dated March 13, 2018 from Painters Pride, Framingham, MA
2) Parish House: An Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to re-paint the building and perform miscellaneous carpentry repairs of deteriorated fabric. Paint color of body, windows, doors and trim to be same as existing. See attached scope of work dated November 13, 2018 from Painters Pride, Framingham, MA
3) Parish House: An Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install an array of solar panels to the South facing roofs of the building, (shown on the attached roof-plan perspective). Note: Layout of panels is a preliminary design. Final layout may vary.
ITEM # 3 21 CHURCH STREET:
An Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the removal of the existing deteriorated wood fence and replacement with new cedar pointed picket screen fence along the rear and side property line. (See attached site sketch plan of proposed locations for fencing and entry gate).
ITEM # 4 14 PEARL STREET:
An Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the deteriorated wooden gutter along the Norfolk Street façade. New aluminum replacement gutter is deemed an interim temporary repair.
ITEM # 5 OLD BUSINESS / NEW BUSINESS:
