ITEM # 1          Approval of minutes from the meeting of March 31, 2021

 

 

ITEM # 2          915 HIGH STREET:

 

  1. Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace existing deteriorated wood gutters with extruded copper gutters, (see application for configuration) with new round copper downspouts at building corners. Existing painted downspouts at center projected bay on façade to remain.

     

  2. Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the existing painted 6’-0” high wood fencing along High Street with a similar fence, in kind.

 

ITEM # 3          54 SCHOOL STREET:

                                   

  1. Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace metal storm door on the Worthington Street side entry door with new mahogany combination storm door.

     

  2. Application for a Certificate of Non-Applicability to replace metal storm door at second level roof access , with new wooden 6/6 window to match existing. Also to replace a deteriorated 6/6 wooden window with new unit, in kind. Both windows are on the rear façade of the house not visible from a public way.

 

 

ITEM # 4          8 BATES COURT:  

 

A vote by the Commission on the determination of the proposed replacement window pane configuration, after a site visit by Commission members on April 7, 2021.
