ITEM # 1 Approval of minutes from meeting of June 21, 2017.


ITEM # 2 27 COURT STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a new wood storm door at the main entry, (Court Street side) of the house

ITEM # 3 828 HIGH STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to revise and modify the previously approved Garage rebuild to change two single garage doors to one 16’-0” wide unit. Also deletion of proposed renovations to front porch.

ITEM # 4 671 HIGH STREET: (Dedham Community House)
Application for a Certificate of Non-Applicability to replace existing wood door at Bullard Street Gymnasium located in a non-visible part of the building, with new unit to match existing, in kind.

ITEM # 5 248 HIGHLAND STREET:
Application for a Certificate on Non-Applicability to replace existing 4’ high wood picket fence at left side of house with similar fence replaced in-kind.

ITEM # 6 26 COURT STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace seven windows at the sun-room on the right side of the house with new “Anderson” ‘Woodright,’ double hung, 4/4 replacement windows.

ITEM # 7 195 HIGHLAND STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a new single-family
dwelling on the vacant lot at 195 Highland Street.

ITEM # 8 21 CHURCH STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace all the existing windows wit ‘Anderson”Series 400 “Woodright” double hung wood windows in a 6/6 configuration with simulated divided lights.
