ITEM # 1 Approval of minutes from the meeting of September 28, 2022
ITEM # 2 39 COURT STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the Re-roofing of the house with new asphalt shingles; “Certainteed” Landmark; ‘Moure Black’
ITEM # 3 203 HIGHLAND STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a two story addition to the south end of the existing garage, per the plans and elevations from T. A. Hatcher Architects, dated 9/29/22. See Attached.
ITEM # 4 15 SCHOOL STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace partial deteriorated supporting columns at front entrance porch, and the overhead roof. Including the addition of a continuous copper gutter and downspouts.
Replacement of the existing front entrance door with a copy of the original. Door to be painted in colors shown. See attached drawing.
Item # 5 14 PEARL STREET:
Commission ratification of previous approval given for the repair and replacement of leaking roof at rear entry porch.
