PUBLIC HEARING 337-339 Washington Street Mixed-Use Bldg - Applicant Garnett Realty Trust, Robert Naser Trustee. The Applicant seeks to be allowed a Special Permit and waivers for the renovation of an existing commercial use building at 339 Washington Street (Santander Bank and related offices, approximately 12,000 sf conditioned space). The renovation proposes the addition of 11 residential dwelling units and a 16 space interior parking garage at 337 Washington Street.
