ITEM # 1 Approval of minutes from meeting of July 25, 2018.
ITEM #2 OLD VILLAGE CEMETERY:
Presentation to the DHDC by representatives of the Old Village Cemetery Committee along with DPW Director Joe Flannigan, of the Cemetery Improvement Plans prepared by Halvorsen Design Partnership. A Certificate of Appropriateness for improvement items and work proposed for implementation this year will be submitted for review.
ITEM # 3 51 COURT STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to make miscellaneous modifications to the Village Avenue side elevation and the rear elevation, and to the freestanding Barn:
See attached plans, elevations, and descriptions.
ITEM # 4 59 COURT STREET: (St. Paul’s Episcopal Church)
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for roofing work: Applicant proposes to replace the leaking, faux slate shingle roof over the entry vestibule to the Parish Hall , with flat seam sheet copper roof with soldered joints.
The work has been previously approved and completed. A ratification of the application is requested by the Chair.
ITEM # 5 82 OLD RIVER PLACE:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for replacement of deteriorated decking at entry, and the restoration of decayed column bases , etc. Work to replicate design and materials. In kind.
