ITEM # 1 Approval of minutes from meeting of March 27, 2019
ITEM # 2 29 CHURCH STREET:
1) Application for a Certificate of Non-Applicability to replace a roof skylight, and a basement level window, both not visible from a public way with replacement materials.
2) Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace two exterior entrance doors with new doors per the attached specification sheet.
Replace all 30 existing windows with new units per the attached specification sheet and location plan.
ITEM # 3 61 SCHOOL STREET:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to ratify the previously constructed, (prior to District Commission review), roof dormer at the rear ell of the residence, viisible from Church street.
ITEM # 4 82 OLD RIVER PLACE:
Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a new wood fence along the common property line with # 62 next door. (See attached plot plan). New fence to match the existing in height, material, detail and finish. (See attached).
ITEM # 5 52 CHURCH STREET:
1) Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to re-roof the garage with new asphalt shingles to match the existing on the main house and also
2) Replace deteriorated wood on the steps at the rear deck and also some decking as well. All new materials replaced, in kind, to match existing.
