Firearms Zoning Amendment
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, s.5, the Planning Board will consider the proposed amendments to the Dedham Zoning Bylaw, referred by the Board of Selectman, providing for the prohibition or regulation in all zoning districts of the Town of retail and wholesale businesses involving the purchase or sale of firearms. The text of the proposed amendments is available for inspection during regular business hours at the Town Clerk’s office and the Planning & Zoning Department in the Dedham Town Office Building.
