AGENDA:               

ITEM # 1       Approval of minutes from meeting of February 15, 2017.

ITEM # 2       27 COURT STREET:

Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a 3’-0” high painted wood picket fence along the Court Street property edge. Fence shall match the design of adjacent fencing at neighboring house at #31 Court Street, and similar to street fencing along Court Street.

ITEM # 3       50 OLD  RIVER PLACE:

Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a 6’-0” high painted wooden fence along the property line between this and the residence to the left numbered 62 Old River place. (See attached application).Also install 5’-0” high black chain link fence at rear property line at swamp. Not visible from a public way. The installation of a replacement wood bay window at the back of the house not visible from a public way.

ITEM # 4       APPOINTMENT RATIFICATION:

Approval of Paul Corey to serve as the representative of the Historic Districts Commission  to the Design Review Advisory Board.

ITEM # 5       12 CHURCH STREET:

                        Application for a C.of A to install new ‘GAF’ black asphalt roofing.
