Approved Revised CY23-CY25 Pavement Management Program

As a result of a $700,000 budget reduction to the Town's Pavement Management Program approved at the May Town Meeting, a revised 3-year program had to be generated for the new budget and approved by the Select Board. 

Changes To 01/19/23 Approved CY23-CY25 Pavement Management Program

Originally approved by the Select Board at their January 19, 2023 meeting. This document shows the changes between the Pavement Management Programs approved in January and May. The program had to be revised due to a budget reduction of $700,000 approved at Town Meeting. Those roadways, sidewalks and curb ramps highlighted in yellow are those facilities that will no longer be completed as part of the revised 3-year program as a result of the budget cut.

2022 Town-Wide Metering Report

Greenlodge Street Corridor Improvements - Plan Set

Dewberry was hired to design improvements along the Greenlodge Street Cooridor from Sprague St to Colwell Dr (South). Those improvements include the installation of approx. 5000' of new asphalt sidewalks with granite curbing, reduced crosswalk lengths, a Rapid Rectangular Flashing Beacon (RRFB) assembly for main Greenlodge School crosswalk, over 20 new concrete accessible ramps and bicycle accomodations.

Dedham Culvert & Bridge Asset Management Report

The Engineering Corp. (TEC) completed a Town-wide asset management report for all Town-owned culverts & bridges. The report identifies high risk structures and provides analysis and recommendations for replacement. Due to the size of the report, it has been broken into 3 parts. Town-Wide Traffic Signal Evaluation

BETA Group, Inc. completed a Town-wide traffic signal evaluation for Town of Dedham owned traffic signals and flashing beacons. The resultant report provides the Town with recommended signal phasing and timing improvements along with short and long term equipment upgrades
